We recommend TrustPortal in particular, which extends the functionality of Blue Prism by enabling real-time human-to-robot interactions. At the front-end, it uses cognitive technologies to engage with customers, dynamically generate forms and trigger execution in RPA. During execution, it helps human workers handle exceptions then puts the work back into the robotic work queue for quick completion
