DigiBlu

ABOUT US

Operating in South Africa and the UK, DigiBlu is a pure-play RPA business that specialises in implementing RPA and creating digital workforces.  DigiBlu has long experience in delivering technology-enabled business transformations which we combine with deep process management and automation development skills.  A certified Blue Prism partner and reseller, we also hold the SA franchise of Robiquity, Blue Prism’s first Authorised Training Partner, to fast-track the build of our clients’ own capabilities for deploying and operating digital workforces

Our clients include the leading banks, insurers, asset managers, retailers and technology services companies

DigiBlu’s journey to Robotic Process Automation began in 2005, when Southpaw Solutions was established as a consulting firm specialising in Business Process Management. Acquired by PwC then spun off into DigiBlu, our projects included the design and implementation of lean-based approaches, the development of a Banking Reference Model in ARIS, the design of core banking processes for a start-up digital bank and the design and implementation of a Process CoE. But RPA is the big one, the game changer, where our experience comes together to deploy automations, create CoEs for robotics and operate digital workforces

DigiBlu is organised around specialist competencies for RPA:

  • Business Transformation.  Our leadership team has top-tier consulting and management backgrounds with particular experience in delivering business transformations. We offer trusted counsel in the conception of, and journey towards, new operating models and the achievement of step-change performance improvements
  • Business Process Management.  With deep expertise and long experience in Business Process Management, we identify and map the candidate processes, clean them up and write the business rules. This expertise is critical as inefficient or poorly controlled processes can introduce risk as the robot will merely do as it’s told.  Often, we’ll reimagine the processes to leverage automation capabilities
  • Automation Development.  Our automation developers are all specialists. We select for aptitude and then train and fomally accredit them using Robiquity’s best practice methods

LEADERSHIP TEAM

DigiBlu’s leadership team draws on deep strategy, business transformation and operations experience to guide our clients towards low cost, high-performance digital operating models
