ABOUT US

Using DigiBlu’s Build-Prove-Evolve method, we quickly scale RPA and Intelligent Automation. Using our Operating Model for the Digital Workforce, we help organisations manage Digital Workforces. Our Robotic Operations Centre provides for remote delivery and managed services. Our training courses benefit from best practices learned the hard way

Based in South Africa, we operate internationally

Intelligent Automation – it’s all we do

We live and breath RPA and Intelligent Automation

Organised by competencies, we are specialists. We capture lessons learned, develop best practices and share them. The full potential of Intelligent Automation has yet to be realised, but in the kingdom of the blind the one-eyed man is king!

We build and operate Digital Workforces

We develop strategies and help implement operating models for Digital Workforces.  We identify and automate candidate processes. We also provide managed services and processes-as-a-service

We transform businesses

With deep experience in leading enterprise transformations, we help organisations realise the full benefits of Intelligent Automation. This includes super-productivity at low cost and a quick return on investment (year one ROI of 220% plus)

We are customer focussed

We don’t want our clients to be dependent on us. We get them to be self-sufficient in implementing and operating their Digital Workforces, quickly. We provide great training – for sprint teams and individual specialists – and counsel, every step of the way

Based in South Africa, we operate internationally

With offices in South Africa and Mauritius, and from our Robotic Operations Centre in Cape Town, we serve clients across Africa, the UK, the Middle East and in the APAC countries, leveraging our thought-leadership, best practices, low cost but highly skilled resource and world-leading technology platforms

Our clients come from all industries

Including; FNB, Nedbank, Investec, Investec Asset Management, Discovery, Citadel, Old Mutual, Old Mutual Insure, Old Mutual Namibia in financial services. Telkom and Open Serve in telecoms. BCX and Bytes in technology services. Sibanye Stillwater in mining

DigiBlu’s own journey to Intelligent Automation began back in 2005 when its antecedent, Southpaw Solutions, was set up to specialise in Business Process Management

Acquired by PwC then spun off in 2014 to create DigiBlu, our projects included the design and implementation of lean-based approaches, the development of a Banking Reference Model in ARIS, the design of core banking processes for a start-up digital bank and the design and implementation of a Process CoE.

Steve Burke, the co-founder with Werner Horn of DigiBlu, had especially deep experience in shaping and leading digital-enabled transformation programmes for blue chip clients in the UK and SA and, with this convergence of business transformation and process skills, RPA proved to be the big one, a serendipitous game changer, where our experiences came together to help us leverage the transformative power of what we now call ‘Intelligent Automation’
